The cemetery charges a re-deed fee, a transfer fee for each plot, and a lifetime preservation fee of 15% of the sale price (based on their current retail selling price). Fees are as follows:
Re-Deed Fee: $135
Transfer Fee: $60
Preservation Fee:
-On the initial sales price of each grave, 15% of the gross sale
-On bulk sales of graves, 15% of the current retail gross sales price of comparable graves
