Original Multi-Ply Bag Patent
June 21, 1927 John N. Tooker and John F. Harley of Canajoharie, New York Patent Number: 1633296 - Multi-Ply Bags - assignor Arkell and Smiths, of Canajoharie, New York.
This patent is in very nice condition with seal intact. There are a total of 4 pages of diagrams - and three pages of typed details. Has original blue cloth ribbon. Also included is an original (and signed) letter from the Law Offices of Bartlett and Brownell dated June 23, 1927.
Please see the other patents for Hurd and Arkell that all relate to original paper bag manufacturing. I also have some old sepia photographs of some of the factory workers making sewing the bags, etc.
