I have invested hundreds in the supply, food and bedding material (wheat bran) of this settup. This is an entire colony of healthy superworm beetles I’ve raised. These are essentially giant mealworms great for use as fishing bait, bird/chicken feed, amphibian, reptile/lizard feed along with plenty of other animals. It’s an excellent source of protein for animals and people (if that’s your thing). There’s approximately 170 beetles and each is capable of laying over 2,000 eggs. All they do is eat and mate that’s it. They’re extremely easy to care for and self sufficient as long as they’re periodically fed. They don’t require water just a food source. This colony was hand built and is ready to harvest thousands of super worms. The eggs will begin hatching soon so whoever is lucky enough to buy them will have an abundant supply of food for their pets or livestock. Price is negotiable but not by a lot because of all the time and money invested in making this bin into a self sustaining colony ….
