‘The Wireless First Responder’ is made by Behringer, it’s designed to be used by first responders. You can hook up a microphone and make it a ‘PA’ system, connect an audio source to it, and if you get the vhf transmitter it can be set up as a wireless set up.

I wasn’t able to test the vhf but everything else works. The battery in it is shot but I found a replacement one for $22.95 [https://www.amazon.com/Replacement-Battery-Compatible-Werker-WKA12-2-9F/dp/B0DGV6N4H5]. The power adapter is included/working so this unit can be powered/used this way.
