This is or was I thought for a matching pair of all wood like new adjustable wooden tapestry weaving looms. You can adjust height with cut outs on bottom. Measures 56 inches high closed and 21 1/2 long. They can be used as that.
I found out these are vintage sort after wood frames from outside folding chairs. That's the real purpose of these. They can be used as looms or even work horses as they adjust like a cheat or seat for outside.
