Log splitter direct makes it the best value as the ash firewood gets hand loaded from the log splitter machine, placed into a box loader machine, and into the truck. This method saves us the labor (of double handling wood from a pile) and our storage costs (to season the wood yourself). We then pass along the savings which simply = $$$ to you. We do offer individual cords of log splitter direct ash firewood @ $220 delivered. OTHERS SELL THEIR SEASONED WOOD BETWEEN $230 TO $350 PER CORD WHICH SAVES YOU A LOT OF GREEN.
Please be sure that a mason dump truck can go in your driveway with no low overhead wires, branches, or narrow passage ways with shrubs to pass through on mostly level solid ground. The dumping area must have no low overhead wires, branches, etc to place the firewood on mostly level solid ground when dumping with a smaller mason dump truck.
Stocking up early and seasoning the wood yourself ensures significant savings $$$ over the seasoned wood prices as you will know of the accurate age of the firewood (simply meaning “no false statements of a fully seasoned product if it’s really not true”). Stay ahead of the high demands when there is a wood supply shortage such as the past 2013 through 2015 winters had proven to be.
Please measure the size of the opening for the fireplace or stove as we deliver a standard size of approximately 3” to 5” thick by 18” max length ash firewood while keeping out the pine and poplar. There are the “BIG BOYS” which are split extra thick cut pieces to either 6” X 6” or 6” X 8” in diameter if you request in advance… another great plus for LONGER BURN TIMES in the stove or a fireplace. We can also custom tailor the order by cutting the logs 16" to 24" max (CHECK FOR PRICES WHEN REQUESTING FOR BELOW 18” MAX). Log splitter direct ash may become your primary choice when you’ll not only see the savings $$$ and have much greater availability as SEASONED WOOD CAN BE VERY LIMITED AT TIMES. C) 1 cord of log splitter direct unseasoned ash firewood @ $180 per cord picked up at our yard in Denville (typically 2 cords max unless leaving the customer's dump truck or open roof top trailer there throughout the day when 3 or more cords per visit are requested. The wood is loaded by a large loader so it can only be dumped into a mason dump truck, tandem dump truck, or an open roof top landscape trailer. All other smaller vehicles (cars, pick up trucks, closed roof top trailers, etc) where it needs to be hand loaded are self serve by the customer only.

Firewood offer terms & conditions:
• Offer valid while split firewood supplies last in stock.
• Prices quoted are valid for 30 days and are possibly subject to change at any given time.
• ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED ON A FIRST CUSTOMER AVAILABLE BASIS AS SUPPLIES CAN BE LIMITED AT TIMES. SEASONED FIREWOOD SUPPLIES SOMETIMES CAN BE DEPLETED BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE DUE TO HIGH DEMANDS. WE DO NOT RESERVE ANY QUANTITIES OF THE SEASONED WOOD. THE FRESH SPLIT IS USUALLY AVAILABLE.
• Orders to be prepared & delivered must be during fair weather, the equipment + delivery truck(s) ready to go in operating condition, the staff being available, and / or split firewood supplies must be in stock on the scheduled delivery date as any of the above may delay the offer at any given time.
• Please be sure that a mason dump truck can go in your driveway which requires an ample clearance of 11’ wide by 11’ high overhead with no low overhead wires, branches, or narrow passage ways with shrubs to pass through on mostly level solid ground. The dumping area must also have ample clearance no low overhead wires, branches, etc to place the firewood on mostly level solid ground to be able to pull forward at least 20’ when raising up the truck dump body.
• OUR COMPANY IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERIES ON THE DRIVEWAY ONLY AS THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL DAMAGES AND / OR CLEAN UPS TO THE CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY AND / OR FIREWOOD DELIVERY VEHICLE WHEN REQUESTING THE DRIVER TO MAKE THE DELIVERIES TO GO BEYOND AND OFF OF THE DRIVEWAY TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: The lawn, sidewalk, pathway, easement, muddy areas, steep slope, next to home owner personal property, next to trees, underneath low overhead wires, over a sprinkler irrigation system, drainage pipes, curbs, cracking of the driveway edges, crushing the septic tank / pipes, etc). The off driveway area must be safe for the firewood delivery truck to pass through as the customer shall be responsible for the cost of the tow truck if needed and overtime rates for the firewood delivery vehicle may apply (ask for details).
• Yard pick ups of 1 or more cords per visit will be machine loaded into a mason dump truck, tandem truck, or an open roof top landscape trailer. Spreading the wood on the customer’s vehicle or trailer, securing the load, and tarping the load before leaving the yard will be at the customer’s responsibility as the firewood company does not handle any of it. All other smaller vehicles (cars, pick up trucks, open roof top trailers, etc) where it needs to be hand loaded are self serve by the customer only.
• We do not respond through e-mails as the calling, texting, or e-mailing your telephone number are the only ways to receive your message.
• The firewood is to be dropped off by dump truck only… no stacking services available.
