As a line cook, you are responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to set recipes, maintaining a clean and organized workstation and ensuring all food meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
FOOD PREPARATION: prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality and presentation, following our menu and recipes
STATION MANAGEMENT: set -up and breakdown of workstation, manage workstation during service, ensuring timely and accurate dish preparation
COLLABORATION: work closely with the chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth operations, communicating effectively to meet service needs
CLEANLINESS and SANITATION: maintain a clean and organized workstation, strictly following health and sanitation standards
EXPERIENCE NEEDED: minimum 5 years
