Zina’s Steakhouse & Grill is looking for experienced, professional, and energetic server to join our team. We are a busy, upscale dining restaurant known for great food, strong drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere.
Minimum 2+ years serving experience (preferably in a restaurant or steakhouse)
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
Ability to handle busy shifts and high-volume service
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
Provide top-tier service to guests in a fast-paced environment
Take accurate food and drink orders
Recommend menu items, specials, and upsell when appropriate
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff
Deliver a memorable dining experience for every guest
