We’re looking for a hands-on, driven leader to help run two Edible Arrangements stores in North Jersey.
This is a part-time, high-responsibility role for someone who leads with ownership, care, and grit — not just to manage, but to energize and uplift the team.
You’ll work directly with the owner to strengthen daily operations, improve efficiency, and build a culture of accountability, kindness, and pride in the work.
🧭 What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth production and top-quality presentation.
Lead, train, and motivate team members through consistency and encouragement.
Learn and supervise all production areas — fruit prep, dipping, arranging, packaging, deliveries.
Keep the store organized, efficient, and full of positive energy.
Drive local sales through community engagement and great customer experiences.

⏰ Schedule & Pay
Part-time: 20–30 hours per week (including some weekends).
Pay: $23–$30/hr, based on leadership, reliability, and ability to drive results.
Locations: Teaneck and nearby Bergen County stores.
