We are seeking someone with experience working in a steakhouse or fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will know how to work with high-quality meats, handle proper grilling/temperature techniques, and prepare sides and accompaniments with consistency and attention to detail.• Prepare and cook steaks to exact temperature and guest specifications
• Assist with prep, sauté, grill, and plating as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently during high-volume service
