Job Responsibilities:

Assist with daily food prep (cutting vegetables, preparing ingredients, portioning items)

Help cook menu items and ensure consistency in quality

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment

Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Support the team during busy service hours

Requirements:

Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Reliable and punctual

Team player with a positive attitude
