Responsibilities:
Assists with production for all Prepared Foods
Oversee food level and restock items on time
Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dates, initialed, covered, and rotated
Ensures product production is performed using correct measuring devices and all recipes are followed
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of previous restaurant or deli experience
Ability to work well with others in small team environment
The willingness to assist others wherever possible
A positive and friendly attitude
Strong knife skills
Experience using all kitchen equipment (oven, large scale mixer, grill, blender)
The ability to read and speak English
