Corporate cafe in Rutherford is looking for a salad person who is experienced in making gourmet salads, using fresh ingredients, daily. Candidates must have knowledge of preparing and creating salads from scratch and according to specified recipes and instructions to ensure that any toppings and dressings are properly mixed in.
Duties include but are not limited to;
Must be able to create new gourmet salads,
Replenish items in the salad bar during service hours, ensuring that low-stock situations do not arise.
Ensure that all prepared salads are properly labeled, and hygienically placed within the salad bar
Clean, sanitize, and maintain the areas in and around salad bars on a constant basis.
Give a hand to co-workers when needed with catering.
Must have a valid driver's license.
