We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager with a strong background in Italian deli operations, catering, and private events.
This is not a desk position.
We are looking for a highly organized leader who understands how to manage a fast-moving food operation, control costs, lead a team, and make sure every job is executed correctly and on time.
The right candidate must have strong experience in:
• Italian deli and prepared food operations
• High-volume catering and event execution
• Organization and operational systems
• Inventory purchasing and inventory control
• Food cost, portion control, and waste management
• Scheduling and labor management
• Managing, motivating, and holding employees accountable
• Production planning and time management
• Coordinating multiple catering orders and events simultaneously
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and consistency
We need someone who can see the entire operation, anticipate problems before they happen, delegate effectively, and keep the kitchen, deli, catering, and events working together.
You must understand that time is money, waste is money, and poor organization costs everyone.
