About Us
We’re building something small and special: a tasting menu restaurant designed to feel like your best friend invited you over for dinner—only they happen to be an amazing cook.
It’s intimate on purpose. The food is thoughtful and delicious, but what really lingers is how it feels to be there.
The Role
As a Server at Sam’s Table, you are the experience. You’ll guide guests through their evening with confidence, joy, and a generosity of spirit, and you’ll help turn a simple night out into a moment someone remembers forever.
Your Mission
● Greet every guest with warmth, curiosity, and authenticity — not because you have to, but because you want to.
● Anticipate needs before they’re spoken. Exceed expectations not with grand gestures, but with thoughtful details.
● Create connection. Learn names. Celebrate birthdays. Remember their favorite wine from last time — and pour it before they even ask.
● Collaborate with the kitchen, leadership, and fellow team members to create seamless, gracious service.
● Know the story behind the food. Understand every dish, every ingredient, and what inspired it — so you can tell it with heart.
Requirements
Friday and Saturday evening availability is required.
● A passion for hospitality as a meaningful act of service.
● Emotional intelligence, empathy, and a drive to connect with others.
● Curiosity about food, wine, coffee, and what makes great service unforgettable.
● Previous restaurant experience in a fine dining restaurant is desired, but attitude and presence matter even more.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour including server minimum wage plus typical tips
