Experienced Line Cook & Prep Cook Needed – Mozzarella Restaurant, South Orange
Mozzarella Restaurant in South Orange, NJ is hiring for two positions:
1. Experienced Line Cook
* Minimum 5 years of professional line-cook experience
* Must be fast, organized, reliable, and comfortable working during busy service
* Must be punctual and a strong team player
* Professional attitude required
* Italian restaurant experience is preferred
2. Prep Cook / Kitchen Helper
* Must have solid prep experience and good knife skills
* Must be fast, reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Must have a positive attitude and work well with the team
* Some line-cooking experience is preferred
* Should be comfortable helping with light line work, including the fryer and grill
* Must also be willing to help in the front of the house during dinner service when needed, including bussing and resetting tables
