Pizzeria restaurant looking for a person with extensive food background to help run the kitchen and restaurant. Profit sharing to the right person. Must have at least 5 yrs experience in pizzeria restaurants. Must be able to train line cooks, pizza makers, order food supplies and teach proper food handling and portion control.
