Seymours is looking for a motivated and energetic Team Member - Counter/Server to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and values great customer service.
This person will be handling customer transactions, and providing fast, friendly service. The front counter operations including packaging of orders and requires efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail with an enthusiastic and service-friendly mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a positive, energetic attitude and take food and beverage orders
Ring up orders accurately using our POS system (Clover) and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments
Maintain a clean and organized café area, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces
Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergies
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
No experience required—training provided!
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Flexible schedule, including potential mornings and weekends
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to commute to Livingston
