Responsibilities:
Supervise daily floor operations and assist in leading service and bar staff.
Assist with private event set up and service
Maintain a visible and approachable presence on the floor, greeting guests and assisting as needed
Support in training, scheduling, and coordinating front-of-house staff.
Collaborate with the management team to uphold service standards.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Monitor floor appearance, ambiance, and cleanliness throughout each shift.

Qualifications:
Previous hospitality experience required (restaurant, hotel, or event venue preferred).
Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service — friendly, approachable, and attentive.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while staying calm and professional.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Flexible schedule - Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required. (Approximately 3-4 shifts a week)
