We’re seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help lead daily operations.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager and Director of Hospitality in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, and leading team members to uphold our standards of quality and hospitality. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to both team development and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
- Support scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle guest concerns professionally and work to resolve issues quickly
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control alongside the management team
- Assist with private events
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (hospitality experience required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ownership mentality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
