We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and energetic Barbacks to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar environment. This position is critical to keeping our bar operations running smoothly and efficiently during busy service periods.

Responsibilities
Stock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout shifts.
Keep bar stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Change kegs and replenish inventory as needed.
Receive deliveries from vendors.
Remove trash, recyclables, and empty boxes throughout service.
Assist bartenders with operational needs during peak periods.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards behind the bar and in storage areas.
Support opening, closing, and side work procedures.
Top Candidate Qualifications
Previous barback, restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to stay organized and productive during busy service periods.
Schedule Requirements
Late nights, weekends, holidays, and special events are mandatory. Our busiest shifts occur during evenings and weekends, and applicants must have flexible availability. Candidates seeking daytime-only or weekday-only schedules will not be considered.
