The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a love for seasonal ingredients, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
• Bake breads and assist with daily pastry production
• Prepare seasonal desserts using fresh, local ingredients
• Produce and maintain quality gelato
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry station
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support menu execution

Requirements:
• Previous pastry/baking experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and passion for pastry arts
• Ability to work part-time, including weekends and holidays during the season
