Seeking Head Chef or strong Sous Chef looking for an opportunity to enhance a seafood centered program with an extensive weekly raw bar menu.
We are looking for a head chef who is interested in showcasing their skills and creativity. The ideal candidate is responsible for creating weekly specials, new raw bar creations including shucking oysters, and menu development. We encourage new ideas and procedures and have a small group of dedicated employees that are ready for something new and exciting.
This role is responsible for supervising food production for all stations as well as handling all kitchen management responsibilities including ordering, inventory, food costing & scheduling.
Looking for candidates with a positive and welcoming attitude who possess an appreciation for exceptional quality & level of service our guests deserve.
Requirements:
Prefer 2+ year kitchen management experience
Must be willing to work 5 days a week including nights and weekends
Possess skills to motivate and develop a strong team.
Maintain a clean and professional kitchen
Willingness to adapt and work with ownership
Salary ($60,000.00 - $65,000.00)
