We are hiring a full time cook with experience cooking all proteins, pastas, sauces, vegetables
Days of work: Wednesday- Saturday
Hours: 40+ hours per week
MUST BE READY TO START AS SOON AS THIS WEEK
1. MAIN COOK(RESUME REQUIRED, EXPERIENCE NEEDED)
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the
weekly menu, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation.
- Must be experienced in batch cooking high volume (hundreds of meals per day)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
-Assist in creating new menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings.
-Manage kitchen prep work, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
-Ensure proper food storage and rotation to minimize waste.
-Keep a calm, positive attitude under pressure and during peak service hours.
-ServSafe Certificate is a plus. If you don’t possess one, must be willing to obtain one.
