PART-TIME OPERATIONS / RIGHT-HAND SUPPORT ROLE
Edible Arrangements – Hackensack, NJ
20–30 Hours Per Week (Potential for More)
Small business owner looking for a strong, dependable, hands-on person to become my right hand in helping operate and improve a local Edible Arrangements store and small office environment.
This is NOT just a cashier or counter position.
I need someone who can help bring presence, leadership, organization, accountability, problem-solving, and energy to the business.
This is a very hands-on role with a lot of variety. One moment you may be helping customers or supporting store operations, another moment you may be troubleshooting an issue, helping organize the office, making a delivery, picking up supplies or fruit, helping with outreach/marketing, or helping improve daily operations.
The right person becomes my eyes, ears, and voice inside the business.
I need someone proactive who notices problems, communicates well, follows through, and naturally helps raise standards around them.
Responsibilities may include:
helping customers and answering phones
supporting daily store operations
helping keep staff organized and accountable
office/admin support
troubleshooting day-to-day problems
deliveries and local errands as needed
supply runs and inventory support
grassroots/community outreach and helping build sales
helping improve systems and organization
assisting wherever needed in a small business environment
Ideal person:

hands-on and adaptable
takes initiative without constant supervision
comfortable helping in both office and operational tasks
Retail, hospitality, assistant manager, operations, customer service, or small business experience is a plus.
