FOH Positions Available & Job Requirements:
2+ years of bartending experience, Fine Dining, Steakhouse experience (Bartender)
2 years of experience in a fine dining environment as a Lead Server (Captain)
2+ years Fine Dining, Steakhouse experience (Server Assistant, Food Runner, Polisher, Barista, Drink Runner, Barback)
2+ years Front Desk, Lead Host experience (Host, Maitre d')
Deep knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with high-volume service and fast-paced environments
Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred)
Familiarity with Open Tables & Seven Rooms
Must be punctual, organized, and service-oriented
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
An appreciation of food & beverage
Maintain personal hygiene, well groomed and polished appearance
Sense of urgency
Organization skills
Maintain a clean work environment, and complete daily side work tasks
Must speak English
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

BOH Positions Available & Job Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (steakhouse experience a plus)
Looking for Expo, Line cooks, Broiler, Saute Cooks, Garmo (Salads)/Raw Bar, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers
Prepare and execute elevated steakhouse dishes with consistency and precision
Cook meats to exact specifications using various methods (grill, broiler, sous vide, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized station during service
Follow recipes, plating guidelines, and portion controls
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Contribute to a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture
