We are expanding our bakery team and looking for 3–4 talented, professional Bakers to join us. If you have a passion for high-quality dough, precise fermentation, and beautiful presentation, we want to meet you! You will be responsible for producing our signature breads and pastries in a clean, modern facility.
Requirements:
Experience: Professional baking experience in a commercial environment is required.
Skills: Strong understanding of dough handling, shaping, and oven management.
Availability: Reliable 6:00 AM start time is essential.
Specialty: Experience with Korean pastries and techniques (e.g., milk breads, specialty fillings) is a major plus!
Efficiency: Ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining artisanal quality.
