**Executive Chef / Chef Partner – Italian Fine Dining**
We are seeking a talented and driven Chef for an Italian restaurant concept in the NJ/NYC area. This is a unique opportunity for a chef who is passionate about authentic Italian cuisine and interested in long-term growth, with potential for equity/ownership.
**About the Role:**
* Lead all kitchen operations, including menu development and execution
* Create a refined Italian dining experience with a focus on quality, seasonality, and consistency
* Manage and train kitchen staff
* Oversee food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships
* Collaborate on concept development and overall restaurant vision
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Strong background in Italian cuisine (fine dining experience preferred)
* Previous role as Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Senior Sous Chef
* Leadership and team-building skills
* Understanding of kitchen financials and operations
* Passion for hospitality and long-term commitment
