Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Assist with food handling and service during peak hours to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food preparation and storage.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Perform inventory checks and assist in receiving deliveries as needed.
Utilize kitchen tools and equipment safely, including knives and other culinary instruments.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare various dishes efficiently.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
