We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented back-of-house pro who can keep our dish area, receive and rotate deliveries with accuracy, and support basic prep to keep service smooth. You’ll be the backbone for sanitation, organization, and speed.
Key Responsibilities
Dish & Sanitation
Operate dish machine and 3-compartment sink; wash, rack, and store wares to standard.
Maintain clean, safe dish area and trash/recycling routines; follow chemical/safety SOPs.
Assist with end-of-shift breakdown, sweeping, mopping, and nightly sanitation logs.
Receiving & Inventory
Receive deliveries: verify counts, temperatures, and quality; note discrepancies.
Label, date, and rotate stock (FIFO); organize dry, walk-in, freezer, and chemical areas.
Break down pallets/boxes; maintain accurate put-away and storage maps.
