MaMi is an all-day Israeli-American restaurant in Cresskill, NJ. We are growing fast and looking for a strong, experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.
This is not just a floor manager position. We’re looking for someone who understands hospitality, knows how to lead a team, and can help build systems as we scale.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing FOH team (servers, runners, hosts)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable with scheduling, labor control, and daily reporting
• Professional appearance and presence
• Full-time availability (including weekends)
Responsibilities:
• Lead daily service and set the tone on the floor
• Manage staff scheduling and labor costs
• Train and develop team members
• Ensure guest experience is warm, consistent, and elevated
• Work directly with ownership on operations and growth
