Calandra's, owners and operators of three high volume Italian Restaurants in Northern, New Jersey, is seeking qualified candidates to run our restaurants daily operation. Candidate should have at least five years of food and beverage management experience. The ideal candidate has experience managing all FOH operations and coordinates with the BOH, in a casual dining, full service restaurant.
The managers duties include hiring and training staff, scheduling, booking banquets and parties, developing bar/lounge promotions and running the day to day operation of the facility, etc...
Candidates must have strong leadership and communication skills and be a motivator. The candidate must be a happy, upbeat person in an ever changing environment and must be thick skinned when dealing with the public.
This full time position requires 55-60 hours per week and includes working weekends and holidays.
