We're looking for a skilled and passionate Ramen Chef to join our team at 7 Doors Down Eatery, a fast-growing concept specializing in handcrafted ramen, bao buns, and Detroit-style pizza. If you're serious about your broth, noodles, and the art of ramen, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience cooking ramen in a professional kitchen
Strong understanding of traditional and modern ramen techniques (stock, tare, toppings, etc.)
Ability to manage prep and execute consistent bowls in a fast-paced environment
Clean and organized work habits
Team player with leadership potential
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Japanese is a strong plus
