We are seeking a reliable, sharp, and hands-on Personal Assistant to support an acclaimed chef, entrepreneur, and CEO for a paid trial day starting today.
This role is ideal for someone who is high-energy, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-moving, creative environments.
Responsibilities include:
• Capturing behind-the-scenes phone footage (short clips, candid moments, content support)
• Assisting on-site with day-to-day needs
• Carrying bags, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Helping manage schedule, timing, and transitions
• General support to keep the day running smoothly
• Acting as an extra set of eyes, hands, and ears
Requirements:
• Must be available today
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving
• Strong attention to detail
• Discreet, professional, and dependable
• Smartphone with good camera
• Experience assisting executives, creatives, or events is a plus (not required)
