Dry Bartender Needed - 10/31/2026 Wedding reception (Long Valley, NJ)

We are looking for bartending services for our wedding reception at The Lodge at Schooley's Mountain County Park in Long Valley, NJ ; on the 31st of October 2026. We are expecting about 50 guests for the evening.
The bar service would run from 5:00 to 9:00 PM, with an hour beforehand (4:00–5:00 PM) for setup and an hour after (9:00–10:00 PM) for breakdown. We will provide all the beverages, plastic cups and napkins and we won't be needing straws. We would love to know if you can provide us with lime/lemon garnish for the beers.
We would need an indoor mobile bar (the park also has 6' × 30" tables available to use as backbar table), 2 coolers and/or buckets (we will have one cooler that can be used during the reception and after to store the extra unserved bottles), ice and dispensers for water, lemonade and sweet tea.
We would like to know :
- Is a meal is to be provided for the bartender ?
- Do you need us to provide tablecloths, decor, etc. ?
The park has a few requirements for all vendors: a completed vendor form (which we will provide pre-filled), certificate of insurance, appropriate vendor Liquor Liability insurance coverage, an ABC, TIPS or ServSafe certification ; and proof of insurance for the vehicle you'll be using to drive to the park.
