This is NOT a helper or assistant role.
I’m looking for a calm, execution-focused operator to take real ownership of Valentine’s week for a local Edible Arrangements store and help keep daily operations moving.
This is a short-term, high-intensity role during the busiest week of the year. You must be comfortable making decisions, keeping things organized under pressure, and getting things done without hand-holding.
What You’ll Own
Day-to-day order flow during Valentine’s week
Coordinating staff, deliveries, and priorities
Keeping production moving and issues resolved
Acting as point person so the owner is not firefighting
Light ops/admin help before and after Valentine’s
