... Honeymoon Suite is a Canadian rock band formed in (1981) in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The band's name was a nod to the fact that Niagara Falls is the unofficial honeymoon capital of the world. Their music genre included hard rock, glam metal, new wave and AOR. After winning a contest held by Toronto radio station Q107 in (1983) - with what later became their first hit single “New Girl Now”, Honeymoon Suite released their first album to big success in North America. In Canada, the band racked up (3) consecutive top 10 albums and (14) more hits through (1992). In the US the band had (3) more hits up through (1988) and toured with Heart, 38 Special, ZZ Top, Journey and Starship.
