For Sale The National NC-183D is a dual conversion general coverage shortwave receiver that tunes: 0.54-1.6, 1.6-4.3, 4.3-12, 12-31 and 48-56 MHz. It has a bandspread for the ham bands: 3.5-4, 6.9-7.3, 14-14.4, 20-21.5, 26.5-30 MHz and 48-56 MHz. Features include: Ľ" headphone jack, S-Meter, antenna trimmer, RF Gain control, dial lamp, Noise limiter, mute, AGC and Hinged top cover. Six select-able bandwidth from 3.5 to 0.1 kHz. Grey metal cabinet.Comes with the schematic.
This radio does not have a built-in speaker. The suggested optional speaker is the NC-183TS.
It works good on the phono input all tubes test good but the A radio band is not working all the other radio bands work. Its 19.75 x 10.25 x 16.75 inches and can be pick up in the Wayne NJ area, OR BUYER pays for shipping and packing. Its about 70 lbs. Price $225.00
