I’m the original owner, this is from around 1991. Turns on and appears to functioning properly, as it did when I last used it 25 years ago. Trickle light turns on, fuse intact, and the DC vu meter works. I can’t test it properly because I don’t have any NiCad batteries. This is not intended for NiMH batteries but it prob charges those too. Has both ac cord and cig lighter power cord.
