This is an Anthem Statement A5 five channel power amplifier manufactured in Canada. Cosmetically the unit is in Near Mint condition. All five channels operate and sound great. The left front and right front channels do not shut down when powering off (see Photo #2). Anthem told me it's probably a relay. If you are handy with electronics, this is a great deal. Also they have a service facility which ships to Upstate New York and forwards to their factory.

We are retired and switching to a Class D amplifier, which are lighter. We used the Anthem to drive a Magnepan system featuring the 3.7 speakers which are 4 ohm. The amp never shut down.

Comes with power cord and Owner's Manual downloaded from the Net. We do not have the original box - neither does Anthem, we asked.
