OPEN POSITION
• Salary $25 - $30 per hour
• Bi-weekly pay
• 4:00pm – 7:00pm (Mon – Fri)
🌟 What You'll Do:
•Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of our experienced BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) team.
•Provide direct support and coaching to clients in various settings, including home and community.
•Collect data and track progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
•Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote consistency and success
💼 Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
•Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
•A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
