Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Youth Soccer Coach to lead a team of boys aged 10 and 11 at Ironbound Soccer Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing their soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. As a coach, you will plan and conduct practice sessions, develop game strategies, and provide guidance during competitions. Your role extends beyond coaching—acting as a mentor and role model, you'll inspire these young individuals to grow into productive, responsible men and leaders in their communities.


Design and implement training sessions that are engaging, challenging, and fun, focusing on skill development and team tactics.
Organize and participate in team events, games, and tournaments.
Monitor and enhance player development, providing individual feedback and encouragement.
Promote a positive team environment based on respect, hard work, and sportsmanship.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff to ensure a supportive community.
Uphold and instill values of discipline, respect, and integrity.

Proven experience as a soccer coach or player (experience with youth teams preferred).
Strong understanding of soccer techniques, tactics, and rules.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor young individuals.
First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
Must pass a background check.

Hourly rate: $30 - $45, based on experience.
