NJ Driving School is seeking multiple full-time and part-time Experienced Driving Instructors to join our team. Our company offers high-quality, on-the-road driving education programs throughout most of Northern New Jersey, with our main office being located in Kearny. As a driving instructor, you will teach students how to safely and effectively navigate public roadways, while also preparing them for the NJMVC road test.
Successful candidates should possess:
-A valid driving instructor certification issued by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission
-Prior work experience as a driving instructor
-A valid New Jersey Driver's License and exceptional driving abilities
-Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Base pay is $24-27 per hour (depending on role and experience), with opportunities to increase wages over time for committed employees.
