You are looking at a Caribe Aqua "turquoise" 1968 Sedan De Ville. This car sat in a Bergenfield NJ garage since 1987 and we bought it from the original owner's son. The car now runs and drives very well, after a considerable amount of money, time and effort. I have receipts for many thousands of dollars worth of parts and labor.
The interior is very nice with a clean dash, door panels, headliner and carpeting. The seas were professionally redone from springs, to foam padding and the original Aqua Decor fabric.
Powered by a smooth running Cadillac 472 V/8 engine and 400 automatic transmission, The windows, power seat, radio, lights, horn, wipers all work properly, even the interior lights work! The power antenna and AC are not working.
Many parts have been replaced with new, or rebuilt parts. Everything from the radiator, carburetor, gas tank, water pump, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake booster, brake lines, fuel lines, ball joints, coil springs, shocks, tires, battery and the list goes on. I have all receipts.
The exterior is fairly straight and solid, but has a few minor dents, chips and scratches, some people call it patina.
Please feel free to call me with any questions, or to come see and drive it. I do not text, so calls are preferred. .
