The world leader in furniture design and distribution working closely with renowned designers, offering exclusive made-to-order designs, manufactured in European is looking to hire a Customer Service Manager /Team lead Manage rwith strong experience in B2C as well as strong connections in Luxury Good industries (hi-end Market).
Mission :
In collaboration with the Supply Chain Management team, and under the supervision of the Director of Supply Chain Management, the Customer Service Manager is in charge of overseeing the Dispatch and Customer Support Departments, ensuring Yearly Delivered Sales goals are reached, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Customer Service Manager will manage a team of 11 persons
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience Customer Service B2C (strong requirement)
- Good customer service and team Lead and logistics skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Management skills
-Knowledge of French a big plus
- Experience with SAP (SD, MM, PUR) a big plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint

Salary and benefits: - Full-time employee position
- Salary 80K to 94K plus 10% bonus (can be revised depending on experience and results)
- Excellent benefits package.
