We at Moline Kronberg Cleaners are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team. This will be either in a part time capacity or full time capacity.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Providing warm and attentive service to all customers who are both picking up or dropping off clothing/alterations.
Oversee the intake of all clothing and accurately detail the clothing before it is sent for processing.
Accessing databases to retrieve account information for customers
Letting customers know about additional services that might benefit them and their needs
Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their services received
Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
Updating customer records following each contact
