We are a well-established industrial dealer/distributor located in Middlesex. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
*Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
*Taking phone orders accurately, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and processed in a timely manner.
*Entering online orders into our system accurately, ensuring order details are correct and processed promptly.
* Managing online inquiries through email or chat platforms, providing helpful and timely responses to customer questions or concerns.
* Issuing purchase orders as necessary, following company protocols and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
* Assisting the office manager with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
*Basic computer skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and inquirie
