2020 Companies is hiring for a Technical Customer Service Representative, to work in the Samsung walk-in Service Center in Maywood, NJ. This is a part-time position working 20-25 hours a week. Evenings, Saturdays and occasional holidays are required. Location is closed on Sunday. Must have full flexibility to work between the hours of 10 AM - 6:30 PM on weekdays and 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM on Saturday. Extensive training provided.

Your Role as a Customer Service Technician is to:
Deliver excellent customer service to support the Samsung Electronics America brand
Perform Level 1 tech support and repairs
Educate customers on the product interface
Troubleshoot and diagnose device issues
Expertly handle customer concerns
Collect and process Out-of-Warranty payments
Document all customer interactions via SEA's processing systems
