Werner Aero has an immediate need for a sales administrator to work in their Mahwah, NJ office on a full-time basis. We are seeking a master multitasker and communicator to provide dynamic support across many functions in our sales and service office to ensure that inward and outward orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal sales administrator is an energetic, quick learning professional who is very detail oriented. The position provides an opportunity to grow within the company.
Duties:
Include but not limited to:
• Maintaining open sales journal; keeping current dates of all open sales
• Tracking and processing all sales orders
• Communicating with customers regarding sales orders
• Managing purchase orders with vendors
• Processing credit card orders
Desired Skills & Experience
• Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail; able to prioritize competing projects and interests with accuracy and ease
• High energy personality, bright, engaging, and a team player
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
