Customer Service Representative – Moving Industry Experience Required
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing moving company.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience in the moving industry is required.
* Training is not available; applicants must be able to perform job duties independently from day one.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction whenever possible.
* Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to handle customer inquiries, scheduling, and service-related concerns efficiently.
Work Schedule:
* Monday through Saturday ( could change if needed) also depending on candidate availability
* 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound customer calls and emails.
* Assist customers with moving-related questions and concerns.
* Coordinate with dispatchers, movers, and management.
* Maintain accurate customer records and job information.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
